Combine the stripped end of the black ceiling or supply wire with the stripped end of the black wire of the chandelier.
Bend the insulation rod to roughly 2 inches to accommodate for the 4 inches diameter of the electrical box.
Check the electrical box for capacity and strength.
Do the same with the white light fixture and supply wires.
